The British co-founder of Calm, the meditation and sleep story app, has warned that entrepreneurs who neglect their own health while building their businesses run the risk of burnout.
Speaking at the launch event for The Times Enterprise Network, Michael Acton Smith, co-founder and co-chief executive of Calm, which was valued at $2 billion in a fundraising last December, said his own experience with chronic stress had taught him the value of self-care.
