VisionTrack, a cloud-based telematics video provider, has expanded its international footprint with the launch of a new business in the United States.
The company aims to capitalize on the growing demand in North America for advanced AI video telematics solutions by replicating the success it has achieved in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. VisionTrack Inc. will be headquartered in California, serving fleet operators and partners throughout the United States.
“This is an exciting next step for us, following record levels of growth in Europe during the first half of the year,” explains Simon Marsh, CEO of VisionTrack. “Our agnostic approach to hardware (i.e., we are not tied to any device manufacturer) makes us unique within the video telematics space and well placed to rapidly expand our American presence. We are also committed to driving the innovation focusing on the developments of data science, artificial intelligence (AI) and industry-leading computer vision. “
U.S. fleets will now have access to the fullest range of connected solutions, from control cameras to multichannel MDVR, all with optional AI technology from the world’s leading device manufacturers.
With direct integration between these devices and the award-winning IoT platform, Autonomise.ai, no third-party APIs or middleware are needed. This will allow VisionTrack Inc. to serve all types of vehicles, operations and industry sectors on a single platform and cloud-based API.
VisionTrack Inc. will leverage existing technology partnerships, with a significant number of global telematics service providers already integrated into Autonomise.ai. The company will also target several strategic acquisitions in North America to accelerate growth and improve its regional infrastructure.
